Tamegroute is an oasis town in the province of Zagora in the south of Morocco. The clay for these ceramics comes from this region and gives these works of art their name. After the pottery is made, the objects are dried in the sun for several hours before being fired in earthen kilns for many hours. Characteristic are three dots, the imprints of the three-legged spacers that are created during the firing process. An absolute decorative highlight in your home.
